親愛的參加者 ：
由於疫情持續，同時限聚令仍然生效，與有關部門商討後，我們難以原訂日子 2020 年 9 月 26 日舉行賽事，本年稍後時間亦沒有日期可供選擇。我們很遺憾地決定取消 2020年盆菜跑。
扣除成本，大會將於 10 月 30 日前，安排退回 70% 已支付金額到原來付款的戶口。同時為了答謝大家對盆菜跑的支持，我們亦同時提供以下優惠給大家：
1) 參賽者可憑已確認報名的電郵，於 2020 年 11 月 30 日前，到以下地址取回「盆菜跑 2020」完成獎牌一枚。

Dear Participants,
Owing to the COVID-19 pandemic and the Prevention and Control of Disease (Prohibition on Group Gathering) Regulation is still effective , we have discussed with the related government departments and were told that it is impossible to hold the event on the date September 2020. It is hard for us to announce that the Poon Choi Run 2020 has to be cancelled.
We will arrange a 70% refund of the participation fee by Oct 31st, 2020 to your original payment account. We would like to express our appreciation and gratitude to all of you, please kindly accept our offers as follows:
1) You can have the finisher medal of Poon Choi Run 2020
